Planet Hope is dedicated to the education of preventing child abuse from sexual preditors both online and in day to day life. It is our mission to search out as much information as possible to enable our members to keep their loved ones safe. Not by her own choosing, Rita is an expert on this subject.
Hello. My name is Rita and I am a rape survivor.  Long before the internet came along, I was the victim of rape, not once, not twice, but three times in my life. Several times in my life, I wanted to end it. I had nothing to live for and nothing to show for. I was homeless, penniless and just lived a life of existance.
Then I met my current husband. He tought me how to stand up for me, fight for me, and survive for me. I can remember seeing one of the scum who raped me and I ran. That was 1984. Today, I would still run but not run away. I would run after them. I have found strength and will never be abused again. I am so strong that I moved back to Colorado and I have been facing life proudly. I am so strong that thouse who hurt me, better never meet me face to face!
I won! You lost!
